Aerex provides all equipment and services from design through start up and training. We developed tooling, techniques and processes that are needed to produce the extruded outlets and electro-polished stainless steel piping and headers that are preferred in the industry today.

We have extensive experience in manufacturing completely assembled skids from epoxy coated steel, stainless steel or FRP. Our large assortment of tooling and skilled labor allows us to manufacture and pre-assemble or assemble on-site the precision support structures that are necessary to take advantage of the latest innovations in membrane and pressure vessel technology.

In the last several years, Aerex has been actively involved with engineers, general contractors and original equipment suppliers to design and supply of pilot units, medium-sized membrane systems and large multi-million gallons-per-day brackish and sea water systems in the US and overseas.
